Test Equating with the Rasch Model to Compare Pre-test and Post-test Measurements

The purpose of this study is to prove the equitability pre and post-tests with Rasch Model provide observability individual interindividual ability changes by evaluating equated tests stack analysis within scope Measurement Theory. pre-test post-test data that are applied in were derived from project named A Proposal Increase Turkey’s Success field Mathematics International Large-Scale Exams: Effectiveness Cognitive Diagnosis based Monitoring No. 115K531, which started on 15/11/2015 was supported TUBİTAK SOBAG 3501 program. analyzed model, fit model evaluated, then Separate estimation-Common person method for equating process. Lastly, observed applying model. As a result it concluded they meet requirements consequence process, proved, change could be evaluated analyzing method.
